Our history
As Global Initiatives CEO Leon Schenck was retiring from a successful career with the FBI, he transitioned into private sector security consulting, including directing school security assessments. Leon has conducted various school assessments around the United States, including the Atlanta (GA) school system and other California, Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, and Connecticut school districts.
Our mission
Recently, school security has been at the forefront of risk management challenges for all local communities. Leon and his security consultant partners have worked to enhance Global Initiatives' School Assessment Program and employ techniques that better prepare institutions of learning for the current threat environment. All school districts should conduct ongoing security assessments.
